6 Steps to Make Your Customer Reviews More Visible on Facebook

6 Steps to Make Your Customer Reviews More Visible on Facebook

With Facebook’s recent update to the business page platform, apps or links that once were prominent now fall to the sidelines. This may hinder the impact of your social marketing efforts!

This definitely affects SocialCRM customers – Facebook’s new review options may have pushed your SureCritic reviews down from the main view. Below are six easy steps to customize your Facebook page to optimize your business brand and get those SureCritic reviews back up where they belong and can be seen on the page.

Log in to Facebook and use the Settings tab on the top left of your business page to navigate to your apps section. From there you are able to customize the apps you have added and manage your tabs so the features show up the way YOU want them to, not how Facebook dictates.  Click the thumbnails below to enlarge the images.

1. Click on “Settings.

2. Click on “Apps” on the left side.

3. Select the SureCritic Reviews App, and then click Edit Settings.

4. You can then customize the tab by changing the name to SureCritic Reviews in the Custom Tab Name field. Click Save and then OK.

5. To set the location of the app on the top menu bar, click the Page tab to go back to your Facebook main page, then click on the “More” tab and select “Manage Tabs.”

6. Drag and drop to reorder the tabs as you want them to appear. Don’t forget to click “Save” when you’re done!

That’s it! As you see below, the tab linking to your verified SureCritic reviews is now front and center on the page, making it very easy for potential customers to find and read all the great things your existing customers are saying about their experience at your shop.
