Use ShopKey Pro with your ShopKey5 Username and Password
You're almost ready to start using ShopKey Pro. This is a free upgrade to all ShopKey5.com users.
Instructions:
- You will need to know your ShopKey5.com username and password to use ShopKey Pro.
- If you know your username and password, Click here to start ShopKey Pro and log in.

Finding Your Account Number and E-mail Address in ShopKey5.com
If you can log into ShopKey5.com, you can retrieve your account number and shop e-mail address. You will need to know this information in order to get help from our tech support department or to retrieve your username and password. Follow the instructions below.
If you can't log into ShopKey5.com, you can contact our technical support group using the information on the right side of this page. They will ask you questions to verify your access to the account.
Step 1: Go to ShopKey5.com and login.
Step 2: From the menu at the top of the product, click on Setup.
Step 3: From the Setup menu, select Shop Information.
Step 4: Your shop account number and the e-mail address for your account will be displayed.
