Use ProDemand with your OnDemand5 Username and Password

You're almost ready to start using ProDemand. This is a free upgrade to all OnDemand5.com users.

Instructions:
  • You will need to know your OnDemand5.com username and password to use ProDemand.

  • If you know your username and password, Click here to start ProDemand and log in.

  • If you want to contact tech support for assistance, see the information on the right side of this page.

Finding Your Account Number and E-mail Address in OnDemand5.com

If you can log into OnDemand5.com, you can retrieve your account number and shop e-mail address. You will need to know this information in order to get help from our tech support department or to retrieve your username and password. Follow the instructions below.

If you can't log into OnDemand5.com, you can contact our technical support group using the information on the right side of this page. They will ask you questions to verify your access to the account.

Step 1: Go to OnDemand5.com and login.

Step 2: From the menu at the top of the product, click on Setup.

Step 3: From the Setup menu, select Shop Information.

Step 4: Your shop account number and the e-mail address for your account will be displayed.
