SureTrack Featured FAQ:
How Do I Know When Someone Has Replied to My Question?

SureTrack Featured FAQs provide “bite-sized” portions of information to help you make full use of the many features inside the product, including exclusive SureTrack tools and real-world insights from professional technicians. Whether you’re just getting started or have been using the resource for a while, you’ll find helpful tidbits here that you might not yet have discovered.

How do I know when someone has replied to my question?

When another user replies to your question, SureTrack will send you an email letting you know. There will be a link in the email that you can use to open the question to see the replies. You will get a notification email for each reply.

You can also return to SureTrack and on the My SureTrack page, select the My Questions tab to view a list of your questions. Open a question and read the replies. The latest active post will be at the top of the list. You can check this list any time if you’re not regularly checking your email. Be sure to close the question when the vehicle is fixed.

Note: If you are not getting notification emails, you may have changed the communication settings in your profile. Click here for more information on the settings.
