If you’re a Mitchell 1 shop management software user and would like to learn more advanced capabilities, better methods and shortcuts, then the “Shift Into High Gear” sweepstakes is for you.

The sweepstakes runs today through August 30, 2013 and we’re awarding one lucky winner an all-expense paid trip to attend the next Shop Management System Training Workshop in Jacksonville, Fla., October 3-5.

The sweepstakes winner will receive round-trip airfare for two people to Jacksonville and three nights (October 3-5) in a double occupancy room at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, workshop tuition for two people, plus breakfast, lunch and refreshments each day. Workshop attendees will be welcomed at an evening cocktail reception on Thursday, October 3 and training will run all day on Friday, October 4 and Saturday, October 5.

The two-day training session guides users through all levels of functionality in the Mitchell 1 Manager and ManagerPlus system. John Dwulet, Senior Product Manager for Mitchell 1’s shop management software systems, and I will be your instructors. We’ll explore program setup values, inventory, reporting, best practices and advanced transactions as well as integration with aftermarket cataloging. 

If you’re using either Manager 5.9 or Manager SE™ (version 6.4) platforms, you’ll benefit from this training experience – but you should have at least four months experience with the product before enrolling.
